Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. Who we are
PPDS Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a software service built for UK cottage food businesses to generate legally compliant ingredient labels. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.

- Your saved product data (ingredient selections, product names, best-before settings)
- Label print history (date and product only — no personal customer data)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
We do not collect data about your customers. We do not collect data about the people who buy your baked goods.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide the PPDS Pro service (label generation, saved products)
- Display your business name, address, and logo on labels you print
- Manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
- Improve the service based on usage patterns (anonymised)
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data storage
Your account data and saved products are stored in Supabase, a managed database platform. Data is stored in the EU (Ireland region). Supabase operates under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
Your business logo is stored in Supabase Storage (S3-compatible object storage) with access controlled by row-level security policies — only you can access your logo.
5. Third-party services
PPDS Pro uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Vercel — web application hosting and analytics
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and GDPR compliance documentation.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data (product recipes and ingredient selections)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at myppdspro@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (saved products, label history, logo) is permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by UK tax law (7 years).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by displaying a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
